End buyer funds.
Purchase agreement with wholesaler. Closing date is on February 29, 24.
The “end buyer” is getting a loan but the loan won’t be finalized till after the original contract closing date.
Close in escrow says it will extend week by week till closed for original contract.
Can the original seller still cancel contract cause funds wasn’t provided by closing date listed on contract.
Wholesale buyer has had 90 days to secure funds.
Lawyer said no reason why contract needs extended cause they have had optimal time to secure funding to close on or before contract closing date.

Of course, NEVER go to contract if you can't close. Too many so-called wholesalers, (back in my day it was called flipping a contract ) wasting everyone's time.
