From what I understand every time the house sells this is going to happen at what point will they not ask it anymore and what happens when they refuse ?

Depending on the strategy you end up going with will probably dictate what property manager makes the most sense as they all have their different niches they excel at.

That said, appreciation is very strong in both towns and there are often a lot of tax advantages that sometimes make it worthwhile to buy even without cash flow.

Once you know your price range and what you want to put down if using financing you can typically have a bank approval same day.Once approved if not paying all cash you talk with your agent or even self-explore and use the listing agent in most cases.

So idk what I could possibly do actually get the license I need to do the work how they expect it to be done.

@Charlene Livers, this sort of depends on what you mean by financing and large scale.Are you looking to be the private lender to someone else's flip?  

What else am I not thinking of, or what watch outs would you give me?
