That on national level there would be a consolidating event of median price step back "AS much as" 15%, although 7-8% would be far more the norm, AND some SPECIFIC markets would have DEVIATIONS from the national average in BOTH the negative and positive up to 30%.

I have spoken with other national lenders as well that do 10% down, some charge a higher interest though but if the numbers still work and it can make the deal happen it is worth it.I always try to find the lowest down payment option, as long as it still cash flows, so there is more cash for other deals.
