BP saved me $30,000.00 on my most recent Single Family purchase!

Just closed on my a single family home that I will add to my rental pool. Well, I was willing and eager to pay $30K more than I ultimately paid, simply because I followed the many post regarding the Hubzu process, and it worked!

Because this, I have upgraded to a Pro Account as a gesture of gratitude.

I received the link to this in the bigger pockets email and when I clicked to read it, it basically is a testimonial. There is no detail, evidence, etc.. This post seems to contradict the bigger pockets philosophy and seems awfully a lot like the real estate gurus - "click here to learn how you can make millions in real estate."

Why it share here for the greater good of the BP community?
