Their business model and implementation approach have changed considerably since I first made this topic.

There are a lot of of different tactics you will need to implement in order to give it the best opportunity to get the results you are looking for plus a few tactics of my own I integrated that worked out pretty well.

While we have your ear, I thought I'd ask a couple questions:1) You claim you are constantly adding features, but it seems Buildium is  extremely slow in implementing new features that your CUSTOMERS ask for the most.

Another global issue is that the developers seem to ignore requests for some really basic functionality (especially interface functionality) that ought to be very easy to implement.  

This is something we've got listed as a possible feature, but there are no immediate plans for implementing it.

I don't have a timeline on the implementation, but if you guys continue to do these chats, we need something better to help serve you.

I am just trying to see if it is worth the time it will take to research and implement or if I should cut all that out and just hire someone.
