Colleague Request upgrades

I would like to express my interest in an upgrade to the coleauge request feature here on BP.
Currently, we have the option to write a brief note to tell the person about yourself and why you are requesting them as a colleague.

Many times I have people write long questions to me in this feature, but upon acceptance of the colleague request, the question is lost. It would be a great added feature if when you accept the colleague request, that a PM (personal message) screen would pop up with the comments/questions made by the requesting party so that you can immediately respond to them.

How about it Josh? Is this a viable/possible option and if so, are you willing to do so?

Thanks for your time. :D :D

Josh, is there some way to move your contacts in another order other than alphabetical order. I don't see last names sometimes, but I know about when they were accepted and I can go to that page, or close, otherwise you need to search from the beginning until you recognize the picture.

Josh, you're the master of suspense! LOL Bill
