Referrals needed for someone to fix boiler in Spokane asap

Seller's agent promised to fix a boiler before the appraisal (due Nov. 1) and can't find someone to go look at it.It's believed to be something simple -- possibly the heat registers need to be air bled -- but I don't know about that kind of stuff, and am down to the wire.I'd appreciate some referrals. Many thanks.SaraEllen

Soon, I started to find out that in order for me to be successful I needed to know the data and numbers that indicated and projected markets, prices, movement, cycles etc.Six months later and even to this day, I continue to learn the indicators, the data, the trends, the appreciation rates, the median price points, the median family income, the DOMs, the heat pockets, the neighborhoods classifications, the demographics and the many other pieces of information that will dictate where you need to invest and how.

If you haven't already I would ensure your lease outlines water and heat emergencies and you show each tenant how to use the local and main shut offs at move in.In this situation I would have your plumber determine what caused the handle to break, a defective part or the tenant.
