Referrals needed for someone to fix boiler in Spokane asap

Hi y'all.

I'm under contract on my first small multi-family property. Seller's agent promised to fix a boiler before the appraisal (due Nov. 1) and can't find someone to go look at it.

It's believed to be something simple -- possibly the heat registers need to be air bled -- but I don't know about that kind of stuff, and am down to the wire.

I'd appreciate some referrals.
