I am not denying that some are more fortunate than others, or have gotten "breaks" along the way, and that some are just dealt a bad hand by a factory closing or whatever, there is a place for government assisstance in some situations, but there is also a place for families to overcome adversity, and take hold of thier God given right to succeed.

Federal Pacific and Zinsco are no longer made, but I think Zinsco might have been bought by Sylvania, then maybe GE.I've never had either of the above fail.Even though neither are not made the US Government could still recall the product if the Consumer Product Safety deemed them hazardous.

The government does not pay the interest - there is no guarantee.As Ned said "due diligence" (a fancy phrase meaning do research on the property) is very important in tax lien investing.
