Yes

Tax liens are my specialty. However it is not near as easy as the gurus selling tax lien courses imply. Despite the ads and claims, profits are not guaranteed. I have lost money on tax liens.

Just like any investment you need to do your due diligence and know the rules. What is often overlooked when you hear pitches about tax lien investing is that it is competitive. Those potential "pennies on the dollar" deals usually don't go for pennies on the dollar because someone bids them up.

With care, diligence and persistence you can do well with tax liens.

Good luck - Ned
