So you might find that you get a better response to connecting with experienced people if you're able to use your hard working qualities to find a deal, or at least some promising leads (e.g., vacant houses in your area that you've researched and confirmed have equity).But like I said, you can also just go to local investment groups and ask people out to coffee.I'd recommend asking people of all levels by the way, not just "experienced" people.

In general, wholesaling does have a negative outlook as there are just SO many that want to get into the business because it's promised to be easy and you don't need money to do it successfully.
