But I usually cross-check them with the local mls website, as that seems to be the most up-to-date.The best move I made was having my Realtor set me up to receive emails any time a multi-family is listed or changed and any time a single-family under $40,000 is listed or changed.

I would assume once a good deal is found send an e-mail blast out to all investor/partners that may be interested, then upon acceptance of deal from partner send all info. to my attorney to have all documentation drafted.

I'm currently direct-mailing borrowers in foreclosure every two weeks.I use Accurint to find their current address.I just recently discovered that most of the borrowers have email addresses as well.Does anyone have experience w/ email marketing to borrowers in foreclosure or something similar?
