What is a good website to look at Properties in details?

I am a rising investor. I will be going in to the Flipping.

I was just wondering what websites are there where i can observe and analyze properties in detail?

Account Closed I use zillow.com and realtor.com, as they both provide great maps, filters and a good bit of info on properties. But I usually cross-check them with the local mls website, as that seems to be the most up-to-date.

The best move I made was having my Realtor set me up to receive emails any time a multi-family is listed or changed and any time a single-family under $40,000 is listed or changed. That has helped me stay updated on the deals coming into the market.

For analyzing I think you should build your own spreadsheet or become a member on bp to access their tools. Posting potential deals on the forums can also get you some great feedback.

Account Closed Those are all good suggestions so far. I use them but I don't rely solely on them. They have some inaccuracies. Certain property assessor sites and treasurer sites will have some of the information you're looking for. Like zillow and trulia those sites sometimes don't have up to date information.

BP is helpful with the numbers if you sign up for the pro account. That and just using the forums here to run numbers and check out your deals will help you out. People will chime in.

I use Zillow.com and search by keywords. Use words like "Bank", "REO", "AS-IS", "HUD"  and "investor(s)". For REOs, do a Google search for "Chase owned properties", "Bank of America", and "Well Fargo owned properties". Most banks post their REO's on their websites before they go on MLS. I also look at homeopath.com and HUD sites. but I found that using Keywords to search the MLS has been the most effective.
