Email Marketing to Foreclosure List

I'm currently direct-mailing borrowers in foreclosure every two weeks.

I use Accurint to find their current address.

I just recently discovered that most of the borrowers have email addresses as well.

Does anyone have experience w/ email marketing to borrowers in foreclosure or something similar?
