Hi All,I am somewhat new to BiggerPockets.com and as I've been learning more about investing and learning different strategies and techniques, one question that constantly comes up is: How can I do all of this while I am still in school (last year of college), and while working part time in order to support myself as I begin this exciting journey.

I never have vacancy, because I rent to students at the local college, and the rent from May to May, very little inventory in the area.

I have Day Traded for many years out of college, however, I see RE Investing as a more hands-on investment and more of a "you get what you put in" type of Investment.

The customer support is very hit or miss if you need assistance when you call or submit a claim ticket.

Looking at your profile and seeing you are a recent college grad, you are probably well ahead of your friends who are most likely living with their parents or paying rent. 

If you ask for referrals they will obviously give you only the customers that had the best experience.

Essentially the question in the title.I ask because I'm a college student looking to start investing in real estate heavily once I graduate.

By the way, spent a lot of time down that way in college days as EIU and in towns like T-town.Dan
