New RE Investor In Atlantic County NJ Looking to Network!

Ryan Block
Posted

Hello BP community, I am 25 years old and new RE Investing. I have Day Traded for many years out of college, however, I see RE Investing as a more hands-on investment and more of a "you get what you put in" type of Investment. This is what interests me immensely, and I would love to switch my focus from the stock markets to Real Estate. I have obviously been researching like crazy for a few months now and taking the necessary steps to make my first transaction. 1. Getting an agent 2. Studying my market for deals 3. Finding my niche (Fix and Flip to start) 4. Finding creative Financing because I don't have much money. These are steps I have taken thus far, I am certainly open to hearing more! I would love to hear any tips anyone has for me moving forward, and of course, if you are in the area I would love to network! I appreciate anyone taking the time to reply!
