If he is threatningor what ever his emails consist of, keep all the emails so you can print them off.Since your sister got you there, maybe she should help you, at least get a sale contract with the amounts you have paid shown as a credit.As mentioned above, see an attorney face to face, many will provide free consultation on the first visit.
