My comment is intended to deflate the concept that a National Average NEVER apply to specific cases - - eg: American's have 2.5 kids - - quite impossible isn't it.Numbers I cite are operation in my market, my region, true and reliable enough to get a full price offer in ten days.

With vinyl you can do open concept much better since it's waterproof (open kitchen with same flooring as adjacent living area).
