Hello,

I'm Justin and I'm new to real estate investing. I really like the concept of a "lifestyle business". I am looking to grow myself. I have never owned a business before and I have never invested in real estate. I am 24 years old, and I don't have any savings. I am looking to build wealth any way I can. I am skilled in entry level computer programming.

I'm interested in multi-family and single-family units. I'm looking to know where I should start studying first. There's a lot of information on this site. Where are some starting points that I can ground myself properly?
