Given the movement in Wesmere Lakes, Grand Prairie and even Reedwood... you have a goldmine in your backyard.

The home is small but in awesome shape in a good desirable area and backyard opens to city walking path and park which is nice.

Hey Ajay, Niagara Region is my backyard and where I have invested for 10 years now.

So, options in my own backyard are limited. 

I rent (just down the street) a 3 bedroom, full basement, 2 car huge brand new garage with automatic doors, and a Very large back yard.

Sure you can get advice from other experienced landlords on BP, but the best information might come from your own backyard.

Some points:Mold issue last year that required a large remediation effortContinuously late rentsPrior eviction record (property manager convinced me that the landlord was trying to "stick it to them"3x county violations for having rubbish on the property (car parked in the backyard, trash on the lawn, etc) - we actually just received another violation yesterday in the midst of these other issues==I'll hope for another round of responses and then draft a followup to the tenants asap.Cheers & thanks,Andrew
