We have become such an on demand society, we want everything now!

I've heard  we're in a sellers market lately ( over in Okanagan and Vancouver) Is it worth it to invest abroad with how high the American dollar is right now or would anyone recommend staying in Canada? 

I watched an episode of American Greed last night about a doctor who made billions falsely diagnosing & treating people for cancer they didn't have.

Mexico is not the most credit friendly society no matter how good ones credit profile and creative financing of any kind is something that is not readily available as of today. 

Also, few if any sellers with high mortgage balances are willing to pay them off cash out of pocket and turn around and finance your purchaseESPECIALLY IN THIS MARKETUnless the property has something EXTREMELY wrong with it, like it sits on a toxic waste dump, or Native American burial ground.So, what can work?
