Insurance for STR/LTR

Hi there! I'm looking to see if anyone can recommend a good insurance company for me. I will need coverage for three duplexes. Two of the duplexes with be LTR's, and one of them will be an STR. I contacted Proper, but they said more than 50% of the units need to be STR for them to offer insurance. Does anyone currently have a property with both STR and LTR? If so, can you please let me know who you are using for that and what the policy structure looks like. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
