You can move it back to your LLC after the loan and while this technically violates the due on sales clause, it's really, really unlikely they would call the loan.As for the refinance fees, the only way to avoid paying for them twice is not to refinance twice.

I personally have a very hard time to the pushy sales tactic at the end of the day it’s someone biggest financial purchase and not my money.

Hello,I'm wondering if anyone has been in a situation where your current rent on a sfh is such that when you rented in last year (or prior year for those that experienced this a while ago) the rent was the average for similar homes, but currently (as the lease is coming up for renewal) the average has actually gone down.

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the pros versus cons of each scenario most specifically if it came to them not paying rent or needing to be evicted.

If the "buyer" (the wholesaler) didn't complete the contract in good faith, then there shouldn't be any reason you can't list the house for sale.

Allegedly the seller has notified the property is for sale but hasn't served them a Notice to Quit.  2 of the 3 tenants have been there for more than 30 years.
