You can move it back to your LLC after the loan and while this technically violates the due on sales clause, it's really, really unlikely they would call the loan.As for the refinance fees, the only way to avoid paying for them twice is not to refinance twice.

Hello,I'm wondering if anyone has been in a situation where your current rent on a sfh is such that when you rented in last year (or prior year for those that experienced this a while ago) the rent was the average for similar homes, but currently (as the lease is coming up for renewal) the average has actually gone down.

If the "buyer" (the wholesaler) didn't complete the contract in good faith, then there shouldn't be any reason you can't list the house for sale.
