Lease structure advice wanted
Hi everyone,
looking for some advice on the best way to structure a lease with some tenants. I have a family that is all older adults and they all work who would like to lease one of my properties.
Would it be best to put one individual on the lease and have the others just listed as people who would be residing in the residence? Or would it be best to have all four individuals on the actual lease agreement itself? Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the pros versus cons of each scenario most specifically if it came to them not paying rent or needing to be evicted.
Thanks for everyone's feedback and insight
