@Adriana Siu if you can get $3500 cash flow and have a low interest rate, it should cash flow well.

He has been difficult to deal with in the past so I was presuming it would be pointless. well ask first.. 

For me personally, I find a tremendous amount of value in going through programs that help me learn at a much faster rate then what I could on my own as well as help me mitigate risk/self doubt.
