Need Attorney Reccomendation for Mid-Term Lease Modification in Orange County, CA

We are about to rent out our homes 3 bedrooms on Furnished Finder and need to modify the BP CA lease to reflect this and protect us from potential liability or situations. This is our first time renting out our home on Furnished Finder/AirBnB so we would appreciate getting off to a solid start with the proper lease and ownership structure such as a new LLC for the property.
