There were plenty of people on this forum, who treated those of us warning newbies, like we were party poopers and fools for trying to stop the Brian Page types from jumping in.

When I was an RE agent, I'd use craigslist, facebook, and google to funnel leads to a landing page.

If you combine the fact that last year was the biggest since 2007 (seems like a familiar year) and that 2020 is on pace to meet/exceed 2019 number in permits approved (also per City of Champaign's discussion of major funding needs here - see page 10 where they expect 20% growth in permit fees through 2023) I believer we're looking at a challenging few years/decades. 

SO I am telling you don't do them... but again.. if you have to do them  do it right and  on the mailer tell people "For more information or why you have been sent a mailer, visit the website", and you put your super credible website there and drive them to a SPECIFIC page on your website that ONLY receives this traffic and on said page you give them all the info they need and answer all questions they obviously have.Here you need to be the awesome honest credible investor!

You can find them on the events page or you can google rarebird investors and find our website. 

Review "Max search volume" and "Top of page bid (high range)" to get a feel for what are common searched phrases and what are highly competitive keyword phrases. 

Then perhaps a separate page showing the actual rehab.
