I work in the oil & gas industry and travel 6 months/ year.

If it’s a points account they can find available properties for low points and get a guest certificate and give them a competitive rate to other resorts or hotels in the area they wish to travel.

My father felt bad and did not want me to lose my money so he gave back what I put in and not a penny more.Got a real job in 2012 after grad school and after doing mission work traveling the midwest and east coast spending about 2 months in OH.

I travel a lot for work, so I've been crushing BP podcasts during the commute and reading BP books in my spare time.

@Dan Robbins, I don’t recall ever traveling that far north.

In my business travels I have been coming across deals and opportunities that are bigger than what I am looking to take on as an individual flipping homes. 

The reason being is that humans are always going to want/need to travel, and take vacations.

Brother G wants to keep property, but can't keep up with taxes and has trouble affording travel to use property.

I am located in the Roanoke, VA area but I am willing to travel for networking meetups, etc. 

I have not analyzed that market yet, but am considering it as I have been traveling there once a month for about the last 6 months or so and will be for the foreseeable future.
