Will you use a property manager while you are traveling?   

Not a huge price difference btw 4 and 5 ton and and it is 3 stories where heat will travel up.

I have recently opened a line of credit to be able to do something like the BRRR method, by buying a cheap/ rough property and improving it with the line of credit and then refinancing it once its completed in order to "recharge" the line of credit and do it all over again.

My thought was to use the next year to build good standing with the city while we can, and hope for the best in JulyThe property still pencils out for us if we have to do a long term rental on the other side, (ie very cheap mortgage for us in a great neighborhood) but there’s a lot more potential profit, obviously, if we get to run the STRAnd thanks for mentioning the WiFi, that never crossed my mind.

I don't know you're living situation but it's extremely cheap or you're living with the family.

Don't be cheap when it comes to inspections.

@Jonah MullinsOne particular Airbnb strategy I have seen is focused on traveling and contracts nurses.

Finally, we have a large regional hospital and another similar facility going in within 20 minutes, so another possibility is renting to traveling nurses.
