We are a very busy group, but I have no doubts that we can grow the business to the level that we will all be happy with.GOALS:First off, we want to build a business big enough that in the next 5 years, it can replace the income of all of our day jobs.

But most of the accounting data entry is done by my office manager (who does a ton of other stuff)Some of the higher level accounting is done by me. 

Then compare those numbers to the average occupancy levels in your area in different seasons.I hope this was helpful.

A lot of rent control and eviction protection... you may not be able to evict current tenants or raise rents to market levels. 

@Jenna Williams - While each program has their quirks some of the bigger players are Yardi Voyager and MRI... which are expensive decisions as @Laticia Braxton eluded to, but become necessary once you reach a certain level.

I think that once the NY exodus settles down and we see an end to our worldwide situation,  prices will stabilize and correct to some degree, but don’t expect them to correct to pre-pandemic levels.

Other than just working earning a paycheck and saving I’m not to sure what to do to really get to the next level of wealth generation.

I have 12 frustrated buyers at all levels, who are losing out on offers.
