Have you ever seen those TV shows where the swat team comes in and bulldozes down the front door and bashes out the windows and seasons the house.

I believe that good hard work should be recognized, so I wanted to post this in case there are other potential investors in the area that are looking to build their team with great people.

We are looking for investment minded people to be part of our team and help us reach our goals.  

I would have her talk to an experienced short sale team in her area, to discuss the time frame, options and process of negotiating a short sale.  

Gotta get some momentum, and some cash flow now so I can broaden my marketing scope and move toward building a team (outsource tasks).

Also, the most important thing you can do starting out is build a strong team around you or partner up with an experienced investor to mentor you through your first few projects.

The property is going to sell itself, you just need a design to maximize your profit, great contractor team and the will to pursue this with excellence.

My advice would be to team up with a seasoned vet to learn the ropes.

Not sure how rural it is, but there are a lot of athletic teams that like to take off to a secluded place to prepare for an upcoming season or event.Good luck!
