Are you a cash buyer - I mean really  cash buyer - anybody can say we buy for all cash as a smoke screen - but as you know most of the so called WHOLESALERS don't have money - they just want to flip ---So how do you convince the seller that you are for REAL, that you are HONEST AND FAIR - and that you can solve their problem?

Any agent who has a clue leaves then to join a real brokerage where they can make some money.

I have a lot of friends in the real estate game that are constantly complaining about having to do the property management themselves or using a system that is difficult and doesn't solve all of their issues.I want to build a better system for property management than is currently available on the market that offers the option for services so you can truly hands of manage you property for much less than a traditional property management company would charge.Would love to get some feedback from the community here on what would be really valuable from a property owner in terms of features, value created and pricing.  

Offer a fair price and solve the problem. 

I am a problem solver by nature and I approach sellers with a goal of solving their problem.

One of my problems is I work a ton, and have little time to find/analyze hundreds of properties and send in offers, but a turnkey provider would seem to solve alot of that!

These sellers don't appear to have a clue.

I think it's a great way to solve homelessness, good starter option for a single-mother to own a home...etc.

Now I know ;)Are there any legal eagles out there who can give me some advice on solving this.!?

My mom, and the others who own the park, don't have a clue what they are doing, so I give my advice when they ask.
