Since getting rid of the no goods and shifting to Cozy I have phased out my box, utilizing my home address instead.

Attitudes have shifted, and all but one of my drama-laden tenants have calmed down, and even explained to me that they now understand why rents have risen, and are happy to have a nicer place for their clients to come see them.

I guess the reason for this post was to encourage people that have been stuck like me, reading and studying, to shifting their mindset to MEETING PEOPLE THAT DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO.
