I'm running Safari 10.1.2 and I cannot get the search feature to work.  I click the search, type in, and hit enter and nothing happens.  

Wholesaling is effectively a function of matchmaking, so the better you know both sides of the equation (the seller, their needs, wants, etc and the buyer (their needs, wants, etc.) the better off you will be.  

Make use of the search function if you want to search the forums for what is already available.

If you plan on living there I would clean and paint one bedroom, one bathroom and make the kitchen functional and you are ready to move in.
