Pending Move to South Florida
I am currently expecting to move to the Hollywood, FL area. I have one rental in Baltimore MD and wanted to keep investing. Would I be best suited to learn the Miami-Dade, Broward County or long distance invest back home? You can get a house all in for around 70K and get around 1400 in rent easily (not in a war zone.) in Baltimore. Also, are there any good REIAs in South Florida?
Thank you in advance to anyone who replies!

Hey Nick welcome to BP. It will be very hard to find anything in a good area of South Florida that costs $70k and would rent for $1,400 so you have to know it's a totally different market than Baltimore. There are a lot of meet-ups and REI get together events all over South Florida.
