From my research into tankless water heaters, you're only going to get satisfactory heat/production from a gas tankless - electric versions don't produce the energy needed to heat the amount of water you'd need for anything but the smallest home.I don't have a house that large, but just purchased a studio that came with two 50-gallon hot water heaters, LOL - ridiculous overkill.
