I am reviewing a note originated within the past 6 months so obviously there is little payment history to go off of.

@John WalterDepending on the top of housing you're buying (you didn't mention whether this is residential multi or commercial), you need to review the demand in the local area for this type of housing.

The UK is now in a lockdown state, and I do understand it will be hard to reach out to them.Just trying to think ahead about what I can offer to my tenant in a new lease.

But that would be highly unusual if he's still doing work on it, so I'm guessing that's not the case.Hopefully some of this is covered in your contract (i.e. specific/identified deadlines that he's missed, penalties for missing deadlines, etc), so I'd make sure you review your contract before doing anything.
