Hey @Monique Booker I am a wholesaler from St Catharines, Canada and I was in your shoes a few months ago.

You will have to sign a buyers rep. 

I suppose this is some of that paralysis I've heard so much about... thus I am asking along the way from those that have been in my shoes.

What sections of Meridian would you target for someone in my shoes.

After you have a proven track record, finding money is not exceptionally difficult if that's what you're looking to do.If you're serious about investing, if I were in your shoes and just getting started I'd focus on getting your foundation as solid as possible. 

Also networking with rehabbers, title reps, lawyers etc.....  

It's up to you: there may not be a right or wrong answer.If I were in your shoes, I'd get a HELOC and buy another property.

Call the rep to verify all information of the section 8 tenants. #4 -  Get the original applications of each legal party to the lease.

Your title rep should be able to help you out.
