What’s a better cold calling strategy?

A. Cold calling probates only in a 2 hour radius of where you live

OR

B. Cold calling probates, pre-foreclosures, tired landlords, and liens in a 45 minute radius of where you live

Looking at these variables only.. not population, median home price, equity percentage, etc
