Sink, vanity, and floor in bathroom, also leaked into master bedroom through wall and into hall way outside the bathroom, (hallway and masterbedroom are carpeted) The landlord told us that his insurance company will not come out and survey the damage and they won't cover repairs because he didnt have water damage insurance.
