. - Having been in the stock market for several years, I would agree with your approach, as I have felt for the last several years that the stock market is overpriced, and even today, continues to be overpriced, predominantly due to the inflation of unprotected 401k plans, many new investors entering just to make a quick buck, and many companies having done away with "protected" pension plans. 

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like this SBA loan / paycheck protection program is going to be scammed to death by everyone and their brother?

We've run credit checks and things look ok, but any recommendations on other contractual things to help protect myself?

Sometimes we have to switch gears, do things differently, but if we adapt and rise above the situation we all come out a little better for it!

I would emphatize, offer alternatives, maybe half rent and the rest deferred etc, but still serve a 5 day notice to protect your rights.

The upside to investors is the larger distributions and protection in any downside because it falls above the common shares in the capital stack. 

I use protection so that I dont need to use Plan B.
