Look for advice on forming an LLC

I am looking for some advice on starting an LLC for an out of state sfr rental I have in texas. Through my research I am finding that Nevada and Wyoming seem to be the best states to form in.

Looking to create a relationship with a RE attorney, so any referrals in any recommended states would be appreciated.

Does anyone have any preference on which states offer;

best protection

Lower start up fees

No or low state tax

Low annual renewal fees

Thanks

Mikhail
