Not sure where to turn at this point and need help.We are looking for input on a referral to a pro-homeowner firm or preferable a specific attorney who has been successful in dealing with shady HOA's and producing a winning outcome for the homeowner and will not charge crazy expensive fees or milk us dry.

Now imagine there were other squares you could move your pile to that would, potentially, produce more money that you could pick up and take away.

I am finding that a quality produced hand written letter with a sincere message works best.

Hire a mentor or a known producer or get an experienced partner with a track record of making money, someone that does what I do to create leads - spend some of your money on radio ads - not just a bunch of words that run for 60 seconds - a verbal representation of what you do and what you want - it should be professionally recorded and should run for several months on talk radio shows (call me - you can listen to my ads - I have been using this system for years to get some great leads)Be careful with your cash - it won't last long if you make poor decisions.Good luck
