Recommend you buy a mobile home, and rent out extra rooms. 

I really want to understand this because I do have a mobile home up for sale that I would consider owner financing if someone can make me wrap my head around why it would make sense to do so. 

ANY tenant that realizes gas and electric is included wil have the AC on with the windows open in one room, while having a portable space heater on in the next rrom...also with the windows open......YOU receive a $427.86 electric bill for the month and there is nothing you can do about it. 

That plus so many government induced barriers to free enterprise through over-regulation, millennials don't see the opportunity for upward financial mobility the way previous generations did.

I have been curious about if that is zoned as some kind of mobile home park/resort?

As far as finding a bank to hold your checking/savings accounts... besides looking for the standard stuff of no fees or no minimum account balance, it's a good idea to make sure your bank accepts mobile check deposits and accepts Zelle or some other type of mobile payment. 

I and distinguishing between modular vs. mobile though.
