Not sure if I am crazy but I imagine that wholesalers have a perfect folder in their computer with a plethora of contracts with different types of stipulations for different types of deals.

Does anyone have any recommendations on what type of insurance I am supposed to be looking for (just business insurance or is there a personal and business coverage per sq ft or something)?

Love doing cheap value add work.See a lot of posters, primarily SFH and MFH wanting to make their first deal or what is next, type questions. 

What type do you prefer to work with and why?

What type of loans are you getting with this broker? 

It could have been cheaper, but I am living here so my materials are more expensiveI would say that these numbers are pretty low, because I manage the project myself and I hire very affordable labor.
