Contracts... Where do I find?

Not sure if I am crazy but I imagine that wholesalers have a perfect folder in their computer with a plethora of contracts with different types of stipulations for different types of deals. I am sure that some transactions would be sent to their lawyers but others are a simple sign and deal. Can anyone tell me how I can find as many contracts as possible?
