They also added a 3.5 car coach house with an upper 22x36 man cave.

I'm wondering if I should put a new roof on the detached two car garage as well.

It's been a year since I graduated college, and I've now worked down $20k of debt (10k/30k in student loans and 10k/20k in car loan), and also got my credit score back up from 500 to 700 after missing three months of payments on two cards in college.

So they move to undesirable areas and, because they are artists, make those areas pretty - they don't litter, whatever car they have will be well maintained, they are more inclined to call 911 than previous residents, and other things like that that aren't necessarily characteristic of non-artist lower income persons (yes this theory is rank with implicit stereotypes).
