This week we hope to focus on self-managing.Following that we'll open the meeting up to networking, sharing of ideas, deal making etc. :) Looking forward to meeting even more new faces and establishing some great connections!

Also, by talking with other investors they are usually good at sharing who has worked well for them in the past.

We want to give the buying partner a larger share so he essentially has no out of pocket expense.We want to ensure that we do everything above the board.

I would love to interview or shadow anyone with knowledge they are willing to share.

If it is a money issue, you can also rent your own room as a shared room and still stay in your house for the cost of buying your shed !
