SPEAKERS: Our planned speakers unfortunately had to cancel for next week (don't worry, we'll have them again another time!) so I am working on a replacement. I will notify you all next week who I can find.

**IF I cannot find someone to replace, we will have an open networking night! Please bring friends/associates and come meet others investing in Las Cruces. We have had some great connections established through these meetings and potential deals in the making!

TOPIC: Property Management - self managing vs. using a property manager. This week we hope to focus on self-managing.

Following that we'll open the meeting up to networking, sharing of ideas, deal making etc. :)
