Are there other options besides getting a co-signer?

From what I've seen and watch in WA, ID, CO and OK, the 2-4 units have massive interest from house hacking/owner-occupied investors, sticking with residential financing and dipping their toes into REI. 

Happy to co-invest if you come across something as well.  

Most of my clients are out of state and invest in co-living spaces.

Seems like potential issues co-owning with a friend and each of you occupying a unit.

Hello, Me and my wife may be relocating to Montgomery Co in the next several months due a better job opportunity.

So far my only success has been through referrals from others (lawyer, title co etc). 

Would like to refinance into a non-conventional where all co-guarantors are listed on the loan and title.

I am an owner/host and have been a guest, so some of these comments from guests hit close to home :)As a guest, I've stayed in Idaho Springs, CO and in Las Vegas and had great experiences both times.

I understand the govt pay, but realize, on average, they're harder on the apartments and you may have to chase them for co-pays.Kinda like the way insurance uses your credit history to decide your premium.
